Manager Mama aka Xin Lee is a daughter, sister, wife and working mother to two young children. She has been in middle management for over five years at a MNC headquartered in New York City and manages a team that sits across different offices in APAC. She is passionate about developing talent and mentorship. She sits on the Asia-Pacific Loans Market Association (APLMA) Young Leaders Committee and Bloomberg Women’s Committee. She is currently based in Singapore.
