Xin Lee is a daughter, sister, wife and working mother to two young children. She has been in middle management for over five years at a MNC headquartered in New York City.
Xin Lee manages a team that sits across different offices in the Asia pacific region, and has managed a number of projects globally.
Outside of a product role, Xin Lee is passionate about developing talent and mentorship. Today, she leads both a Learning & Development committee, and Client Engagement working pillar.
Additionally, Xin Lee sits on the Asia-Pacific Loans Market Association (APLMA).
She is currently based in Singapore where she lives with her husband and two children.
